Clinical decision making in assisted living facilities
Clinical decision making in assisted living facilities
Product Code: ALNM2201

Being a nurse in assisted living facilities is very different from a skilled nursing facility, hospital, or clinic setting—one may be the only nurse and supervising numerous unlicensed staff. This session will explore the diagnosis and management of common medical problems found in assisted living facilities, including urinary tract infections and fever/infection. In addition, the session will present key elements of a complete nursing assessment, identify “red flags” requiring assessments, and discuss interventions after assessments.

This webinar is part of the 2022 Assisted Living Education Series.
